1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date your package is delivered to request a return or size exchange. All garments must be returned in unworn, unwashed condition with original tags, spare buttons, and protective packaging intact.

2. How to Request an Exchange or Return

  1. Send an email to admin@upyou.ltd with your order reference number and the piece you wish to return.
  2. Specify whether you prefer a direct size exchange or a full refund to your original payment method.
  3. Our team will reply within 24 hours with a return dispatch label and instructions.
  4. Drop the parcel at your designated local post office or courier drop-point.

3. Refund Timeline

Once your returned garment is inspected and approved at our facility, refunds are initiated immediately to your original payment card. Depending on your financial institution, funds typically reflect in your account within 3–5 business days.
