Factual delivery timelines, courier handling procedures, and dispatch guidelines for UpYou orders.
1. Dispatch Schedules
Orders placed before 14:00 GMT Monday to Friday are prepared for dispatch on the same business day. Orders received during weekends or bank holidays are processed on the subsequent working morning. You will receive an email confirmation with courier tracking credentials as soon as your parcel is scanned into transit.
2. United Kingdom Shipping

3. European & International Delivery
European orders are dispatched via Royal Mail International Tracked or DHL Express with an average delivery window of 4–7 business days. For European Union deliveries, orders are shipped Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) where possible, ensuring no unexpected local customs duty prior to arrival.
